Housekeepers
We at Isabella understand that your home is your refuge and all you work to achieve comes together right there. To emphasize our focus on filling your home with highly capable staff whose skills are specifically tailored to meet your needs, we prepare a client-approved Detailed Job Description which lists every duty per room to the last detail along with client particulars that are unique the individual client.
A Candidate Relations Specialist carefully reviews the Job Description with each qualified candidate prior to the interview. This ensures that every candidate presented is fully aware of all duties prior to meeting the client and arrives well informed and ready to commit to the position.
Nannies
Here at Isabella International we believe that children should live fun, amazing lives filled with adventure, learning, and lots of play. We also believe children should be safe and well cared for. Here, we focus our talents and abilities on exactly what your child needs per your instructions, and present candidates that come ready to qualify for the privilege to care for your children.
Our nannies come highly educated and trained with degrees in child development, education, and even child psychology. They are well prepared to create an academic and activity curriculum specifically for your child. They are tech savvy and possess strong administrative skills. You can also expect our nannies to speak several languages such as French, Mandarin, and Spanish.
Our nannies come CPR certified, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The nannies are able to prepare meals, do laundry, as well as some light housekeeping.
All nannies are required to pass the Isabella International Nanny Exam™ which is designed to meet the most current guidelines, regulations, and client requirements for care, nurturing, and education.

Caregivers
Seniors are such an important part of our lives and the community. Taking care of our seniors is a matter of respect and responsibility. Our caregivers and CNAs come with excellent training and long term experience. Chefs
Coming home to a great meal is a must. Our chefs and cooks are trained culinary professionals that come prepared to serve the finest cuisine no matter the culture. Our candidates present prepared menus for the client's approval, set tables for families and functions, and prepare and serve the meals. The candidates are able to manage additional staff, order produce and groceries, run job related errands, as well as fully clean the kitchen and surrounding areas after meals, and meet needs that are specific to the position per the client's request.
Personal Assistants
Whether you have a small business that you run at home or run your home like a small business a Personal Assistant can give you the support needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. We present candidates who are highly educated and come ready to answer phones, schedule appointments, are tech savvy, including all social media, run errands and work a flexible schedule. Of course the candidates would also come prepared to perform duties specific to the position as well.

Butlers
The Butler is the epitome of the first impression of any household. Representing the principal as well as ensuring that all the needs of each family member and their guests are met to the utmost satisfaction is the job description. Our candidates come with a minimum of 3 years professional experience with outstanding references. Our candidates are master communicators, both written and spoken; tech savvy, and understand the importance of confidentiality. These candidates are poised and professional self-starters, problem solvers and have skills ranging from administrative, to cooking even chauffeuring. Chauffeurs
The personal chauffeur is a necessity to any busy executive. The personal chauffeur knows the ins and outs of all the vehicles as well as the purpose and use of each one. Our chauffeurs come qualified with long term experience working for high net worth individuals in private homes. They also possess all required licenses and required certification for the chauffeur position. Our candidates have experience and training maintaining high end automobiles, planning the most efficient way to and from destinations, and are punctual and career professionals. Our candidates are problem solvers, eager to work, and self-motivated.
Domestic Couples
A Domestic Couple has long term experience working as a team, in harmony as part of a household staff. The couples that we provide are required to have long term experience working inside a home as well as working outside of the home on the grounds. The Domestic couples we provide are professional, detail oriented and trained in the art of service. The couples are knowledgeable and extremely skilled in housekeeping, cooking, technology, home maintenance, and so much more. The Domestic couples comes with extensive knowledge and experience in how to ensure that the home operates and runs smoothly including home maintenance for interior and exterior. The Domestic Couple is also required to provide professional services for the principals and guests, as well as oversee special events. These are the general requirements for our Domestic Couples.
We understand that our clients will have duties and requirements that are specific to their household. Our Domestic Concierge will be totally prepared to discuss any additional duties that would be required such as travel, specific errands, administrative etc. at length.
